Michele Tezer is a strategic leader of projects focused on planning, managing innovation, and leading change management efforts. She specializes in assortment optimization, inventory productivity, business process design, analytics, and retail systems. She has led teams at some of the world’s most visible retailers: Ralph Lauren, Coach, Gap, Old Navy, Williams-Sonoma. She also consulted to retailers while at PwC.
Michele consults with retailers and wholesale manufactures across Apparel, Accessories, Home, and Cosmetics. She has designed business processes for Global Business Groups, Stores, Ecommerce Brands, and Outlets, as well as Wholesale / Manufacturers. She has extensive experience implementing systems for Assortment Planning, Merchandise Planning, Store Planning, Demand Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, and Product Information Management.
Michele serves as an Advisory Board member for a social media amplification platform and has been a Speaker and Panelist at IoT World. Michele has taken classes in Project and Risk Management at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a BA in English, Critical Analysis from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
