Sitki Timucin has over a decade of analysis and consulting experience in supply chain and operations management. He has done extensive work in supply chain network design, inventory management, forecasting and planning, and decision analysis, often applying advanced simulation techniques.
Sitki spent much of his career at Hewlett-Packard as an analytical business consultant within the Strategic Planning and Modeling (SPaM) team, lending his expertise to all of the firm’s main business areas. In addition to his “core” supply chain areas of expertise, he led work in the areas of product design, product life cycle management, and product returns and disposal. Sitki has also presented and lectured at numerous conferences and universities.
Sitki holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University. He also received an M.S. in Operations Research and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University.
