Jean-François Pusztaszeri brings 15 years of experience in the development of analytics-based decision support solutions. His particular areas of specialization include revenue management, capacity planning and logistics. Over the course of his career, Jean-François has held a number of senior technical and management positions with software vendors (ILOG, Rapt, Metreo) and with consulting organizations, both external (Sabre, Syncata) and internal (Toyota Motors Sales, Level(3) Communications). While at Toyota, he directed the development of TOMS, a company-wide order management application. This effort culminated in the deployment of a solution that now handles over 70% of Toyota's vehicle distribution worldwide. Earlier in his career, Jean-François was a lecturer and researcher at Cornell University's School of Engineering, and he worked at the European CERN laboratory, where he pioneered the use of combinatorial optimization in High Energy Physics. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, has co-authored a book on nonlinear optimization, and published over 95 refereed papers in scientific journals.
