Allan Gray has 10 years of experience designing and deploying supply chain and marketing analytics. His interests include forecasting and planning process design, inventory management, capacity planning and supply flexibility. Allan holds multiple patents in Sourcing Agreements and Contractual Agreements. He pioneered the field of Supply Chain Risk Management, and co-founded Vivecon Corporation to provide these techniques through world-class consulting and software. Allan began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he introduced econometric forecasting techniques to Procter & Gamble Europe. He subsequently led a number of pan-European projects in Supply Chain Management and Purchasing as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Allan holds an M.Eng. degree in Engineering, Economics & Management from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School. He also held a Kennedy Scholarship at MIT where he studied in the Department of Electrical Engineering, the Sloan School of Management & the Operations Research Center. Return to Who We Are. |
