Daniel Lavall is passionate about working together with business partners to deliver transformative analytic solutions. Combining a strong technical background with a taste for management science, his interests include demand planning, inventory and pricing optimization, data analysis and supporting tools development.
Daniel has worked in the energy, retail and consumer goods industries. He began his career in a global engineering consultancy company, first in a Brazilian subsidiary and later in the Belgian headquarters in Brussels. There, he performed technic-economic studies for developing electrical systems of several countries in Africa and Europe. Inside End-to-End, Daniel has applied quantitative techniques for optimizing demand and distribution planning of big retail companies in Brazil, has developed analytics tools to support S&OP process and designed management systems for a law firm. He has successfully deployed business solutions for supply chain helping customers to increase inventory turns while reducing stock-outs.
Daniel has graduated with distinction from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. He also held a BRAFITEC Scholarship at ESIEE, France, where he studied in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Sustainable Development and was awarded a prize from the French Picardie Regional Counsel in recognition of an outstanding academic performance.
