Bill is a seasoned management consultant with rich experience in High Technology, Life Sciences, and Healthcare. He has built and managed significant management consulting practices.
Bill’s long experience in process design and mapping with methods such as Structured Analysis Design Technique (SADT) equipped him to lead the original project with over 60 industry leaders to develop the first industry-standard Supply Chain Operations Reference-model® (SCOR®). He was a founding member of the Supply Chain Council (in 2014 the Council merged with APICS, who now maintain SCOR®.)
