Ben Dussault has used advanced analytics to consult to a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and government agencies. His background includes work in pricing, segmentation, business intelligence, optimization, and modeling.
Prior to joining End-to-End, Ben was a consultant at Insight to Profit, where he led client engagements to optimize pricing and the pricing process. His projects included setting list prices and revising the customer rebate structure for an international manufacturer, leading to significant and sustained margin increases. In addition to price optimization and analytics, Ben specialized in implementation and measurement, making sure his clients realized their projected impact. Earlier in his career, Ben worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he modeled a global computer network and performed sensitivity analysis to assess the network’s scalability.
Ben double-majored in Math and Physics at the University of Virginia, and he earned his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at the University of Maryland. Ben has authored many academic papers addressing transportation and network optimization.
Ben serves as a lecturer at Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja School of Business.
