Ben Dussault has brought together business process, advanced analytics, and technology, to ensure that the right analytics are applied to solve the business problem, and that analytics have a seat at the table within the organization. This collaborative approach allows the analytics to inform business decisions that drive bottom-line impact. Ben consults to a variety of industries, including high tech, CPG, manufacturing, distribution, consumer electronics, and US government intelligence agencies. His practice areas include integrated business planning, pricing, promotion, and supply chain. Specific solutions he has implemented include price optimization and execution, trade promotion management, demand planning, inventory safety stock optimization, new product forecasting, and capacity planning.
Prior to joining End-to-End, Ben was a consultant at Insight2Profit, where he led client engagements to optimize pricing and the pricing process resulting in significant and sustained margin increases. Earlier in his career, Ben supported a major classified US intelligence program for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he modeled a global computer network and performed sensitivity analysis to assess the network’s scalability. Recently, Ben served as a lecturer at Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja School of Business.
Ben earned his Bachelors in Math and Physics at the University of Virginia, and his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at the University of Maryland. He has authored and presented many academic papers addressing transportation and network optimization problems.
